Large Serving Bowl by Septa Adi

The Septa Adi Large Serving Bowl is a artistic piece from the collaboration of Balinese artist, Kadek Septa Adi and Jenggala. Septa Adi utilizes his graphic arts skill with the technique of linocut print. The motifs are aspects of nature as imagined by the artist, requiring an intensity of control when carving the intricate details with the style of Balinese paintings. Jenggala’s potters team created the bowl shape, applying a thin layer of colored clay engobe for Septa Adi to then carve in detail. Made from stoneware this bowl is a one of a kind masterpiece, yet is food safe and made from Jenggala’s quality ceramic materials. This item sized for fruit display or as a decorative item.
