FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS - CUSTOM ORDER
Each product goes through quality control ensuring that it meets our high standard of quality and finish. Our products are hand-made, so irregularities and variation in the glaze color, texture and finish are inherent and expected. We feel that theses irregularities and variations should not be looked upon as a defect, but giving our products unique characteristics, enhancing the aesthetics of each piece.
Jenggala’s ceramic products are Standard National Indonesia (SNI) certified for stoneware ceramic tableware. Our company follows the ISO 9002:2015 Quality Assurance System and the ceramic products are tested for food safe and chip resistance.
* For new designs we require a minimum of 200pcs for the initial order. * For existing designs we require a minimum order of 24pcs
Our products are backstamped with the Jenggala logo. We can produce orders with a minimum of 100pcs with a custom logo “JENGGALA for” above the customer’s logo.
Jenggala’s Custom Order Prices are based on quantity per item and glaze finish. We can provide a general price guideline for your reference. Email us: firstname.lastname@example.org
Jenggala’s Custom Order prices are ex-works. The price does not include packing and shipping. If you require, we can make an estimate for the packing and shipping expenses once all the quantities and items are specified for the order. Payment for packing and shipping will be based on the actual expense (not the estimate).
Jenggala’s standard packing is bulk packing the order in 5ply carton boxes (60cm x 40cm x 40cm). The price per box is USD$ 10.00/each.
Jenggala does not use inner boxes. Each piece is wrapped in recycled paper and bulk packed in shredded paper.
Yes. Jenggala’s shipments are insured for loss of goods only.
Shipments organized by Jenggala for export are not subject to the 10% Indonesian Sales Tax. Shipments by the customer’s elected cargo agent are subject to the 10% Indonesian Sales Tax and only orders that can provide an Indonesian recognized export document, PEB (Permintaan Export Barang) and PE (Perintah Export) can have the 10% Tax charge refunded.
Jenggala must receive details of broken and missing items from your order no longer than 14 days from the date of goods received. Jenggala will give credit towards your next order or replace any broken items from shipments organized by Jenggala. *Jenggala does not pay for delivery of replacement items.
For export orders Jenggala ships Port to Port. We can arrange both Air Freight and Sea Freight shipments.
Jenggala requires a 50% deposit to start production of the order and balance prior to dispatch.
For Custom Orders we prefer payment by Telex Transfer. Payments can also be facilitated with a credit card through our online secure payment gateway.
For export orders we use US Dollars. For local Indonesia orders we use Rupiah.
