Does jenggala guarantee that the products I receive will be true to what is shown on the online store?
All of our ceramic products are hand-made, so irregularities and variation in the glaze color, texture and finish are inherent and are expected. We feel that theses irregularities and variations shouldn’t be looked upon as a defect, as it gives our products unique characteristics, enhancing the aesthetics of each piece.
