Breakages and Returns
Any breakages occurring in transit must be reported to Jenggala within 3 days of receiving the shipment. Please email customer service with your transaction number, unboxing video, a photo of the breakage and the code of the broken item.
Receiving Incorrect Items
If items received do not match the order you have submitted online, we will send you the correct item(s). Please email customer service with your transaction number, unboxing video, a photo of the items received, and the code of the items received. We are responsible for the shipping fees of incorrect items.
Return Policy
We are happy to exchange your items within 3 days of you receiving the package for online store credit or exchange only. We do not offer refunds. Please ensure items show no signs of use.
Giveaway items, items on sale, artwork (items listed in description as one-of-a-kind or limited edition) and other specified non-exchangeable items are not exchangeable.
The Delivery cost for any return-for-exchange is an additional charge.
